The all-welded, low profile, pancake load cells from Brans are made of stainless steel and have a 0.03 percent accuracy in measuring loads ranging from 0.2 to 60 tons using either bonded foil or foil strain gauge technology. For your specific application, these wheel-type load cells come in types that combine tension and compression or compression only. There are versions with a fatigue rating that are intended for uses like product or material fatigue testing, where a high number of cycles or sporadic overload situations are present. Certain models can even be used in dangerous environments since they are innately safe. Please call us to discuss if you need special modifications or a custom design.

Load Cell Packaging and Shipping
To ensure safe arrival at your location, the load cell will be carefully packaged and shipped. The packing process is as follows:
1. The load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from external damage during shipping.
2. The box will be filled with foam padding to provide additional cushioning and prevent the load cell from moving during shipping.
3. The load cell will be sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors.
4. Additional layers of bubble wrap will be provided for additional protection.
5. The carton is securely taped to prevent tampering.
6. A shipping label with your address and product information is attached to the box.
7. The package is shipped using a reliable and trusted freight carrier.
Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package to avoid any delays or problems.
